We believe that as a larger pediatric group, we have the ability to meet the needs of our patients and yet are still able to provide personal care and attention. Due to our close proximity and interaction with Long Beach Memorial Medical Center/ Miller Children's Hospital, we are continually able to provide "state-of-the-art" care for children with special needs as well as administer pediatric care in accordance with the American Academy of Pediatrics from birth through the late teens. |  |

The influenza (flu) virus causes serious illness that may result in hospitalization or death. It mostly affects the breathing system, but may also affect the whole body. The flu season usually starts in the fall and ends in the spring.
